This article clarifies the synthesis of a complex combination p-nitrobenzoic acid with Ni2+ from aromatic carbonic derivatives. Moreover, factors influencing compound under room conditions were identified. In particular, time dependence reaction, effect temperature, concentration studied in practice. The synthesized was using IR-Fourier spectrometry, elemental analysis, mass TG-DSK and X-ray structural its chemical structure determined, this new proved to be thermally chemically stable
